Simon Goldin
Director
Simon has lived in Brighton & Hove his whole life and comes from a family of estate agents, that have worked in the city for over 80 years. He has over 40 years’ experience within the property industry himself and prides himself on a personal service that you very rarely find. In his spare time you will find Simon playing golf, cycling or watching Brighton & Hove Albion play!
George Hughes
Sales Manager
George has been in the industry for 6 years and prides himself on his attentive personal service and industry knowledge to ensure each buyer and seller has a smooth experience. George is a huge home and away supporter of Worthing Football Club, outside of this he enjoys Cricket, Golf, Swimming and spending time with partner Amy.
Nick Sefton
Lettings Director
Nick has been in Agency since 1987 and spent many years working in Central London. In his spare time Nick can be found treading the boards at Rottingdean Drama Society where he has acted in and directed many plays. Nick is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching football, formula 1 and cricket in the summer. He has tried his hand at stand-up comedy where he performed in front of 300 people. Lettings is his passion and he prides himself on his knowledge of the industry.
Libby Cox
Office Coordinator
Libby loves working within the property industry and takes pride in seeing people happy after finding their new home! At Goldin Lemcke, Libby is here to assist throughout the process and takes care of all the administration that goes into selling and buying a property. In her spare time, Libby is either eating out and trying new restaurants or in her element at gigs and live shows.
Milo
Chief Morale Officer
When he’s not hard at work, Milo enjoys long walks in the park, chasing squirrels, and snoozing under the office desk. He’s also a big fan of belly rubs and will happily trade a paw for a treat. Say hello to Milo next time you’re in the office – he loves meeting new friends (and maybe sneaking in a treat or two!)
