Just a quick word of thanks for your company's service. Whilst we actually moved some months ago it has taken me until now to find a moment to contact you. Suffice to say I just wanted to thank you (and your staff) for efficiently marketing and selling our property. Despite one sale falling through you managed to elicit another buyer, who paid more, and maintain the necessary pressure to see th sale through to a speedy conclusion. And as a result we are now ensconced in a lovely Surrey village property, albeit missing the bohemian charm of Brighton.
