Sales progress report; many estate agents feel their job is complete when they have found you a buyer. In our view this it is just beginning. We will give regular reports on how the sale is progressing, including information regarding the mortgage application and subsequent outcome of the survey. We will also liaise with solicitors and any other parties involved in the transaction to ensure that the move is as smooth as possible.
